Welcome to Byzantine, the Indian print accessories brand

As you may know, the Bachca brand opened its boutique in Nantes a few months ago. Today it invites Nantes designers to introduce their know-how and their product to the locals. And it's the pretty brandByzantinewho opens the ball of these invitations!

From colorful fabrics to block prints

Straight from Asia and particularly from India, the block print coloring technique gives intense and unique renderings. Used for centuries, this artisanal method consists of carefully engraving a pattern on a wooden block. Once the pattern is engraved, the wooden block is used as a stamp. Before printing, the block is coated with ink or dye, prepared from natural dyes. Then, it is applied manually to the textile, with uniform pressure to transfer the pattern precisely.

Great prints

The block print technique and the choices of Agathe, the founder of Byzantine, give magnificent prints. She offers 6 different prints on the range of accessories, to satisfy all desires. In the range for example: the very wild fawn print and the more romantic floral prints, with blue, sky blue, lilac carthage and pink khaki carthage.

Practical and well-designed formats

2 pencil case sizes and 3 pouch sizes, 2 bags and shopping bags: Agathe, the founder of Byzantine, has designed the models of her accessories so that they are practical and useful on a daily basis. Byzantine accessories range from the small pouch to store your keys to the maxi shopping bag to go to the market, including the different pencil cases. enough to match all these accessories or test all the prints!

We'll meet you on June 13 at the boutique, from 9 a.m. (over coffee and pastries) to discover Byzantine at Bachca!
