THE BIRTH OF BACHCA
Bachca is the story of Camille, a native of Nantes who lived in Paris for 18 years. It was there that both Bachca and her four children were born. In 2018, she decided to return home for the sake of her family, bringing Bachca back in her suitcases.
From her home base, she has continued to grow the brand online, in major department stores, and across international markets.
THE BACHCA BOUTIQUE
After seven years of growing the brand from home—including through the pandemic—emails and social media praise were no longer enough. Camille felt it was time to open a boutique.
It was only natural that the shop would be in Nantes, allowing her to set up her offices just upstairs and continue enjoying the city's quality of life.
All that remained was to find the location: the perfect setting for her creations.
RUE JEAN JAURES IN NANTES
Rue Jean Jaurès in Nantes is a historic landmark for treasure hunters, home to many antique dealers. What better place for Bachca and its 'beaux objets' than the street of beautiful things?
After several months of renovation, the boutique opened its doors in December 2023, welcoming both local customers and visitors passing through the city.
