Lymph nodes, which play a key role in fluid circulation and toxin elimination, are mainly concentrated in certain areas of the body: the armpits, groin, and along the neck and collarbone. When dry brushing, it is important to gently stimulate these areas, never pressing excessively.

To activate them properly, start from the extremities and move up towards the heart, finishing your strokes at the lymph node areas. On the legs and arms, always brush towards the armpits and groin, which helps direct lymphatic circulation towards the areas where it is filtered. On the stomach, favor gentle circular movements, maintaining a comfortable sensation. Finally, at the end of the routine, you can finish with a light pass over the neck and collarbone to support circulation towards the filtration areas, without ever irritating the skin.
