Lymphatic brushing is always done on clean, dry skin, before showering or bathing. It relies on gentle and regular movements to stimulate circulation and restart lymphatic flow.

Face Brush -
Use the brush with very gentle and slow movements, without pressing, to respect the delicacy of facial skin. Begin with the neck, using downward strokes towards the collarbones to prepare for drainage. Then continue on the face, always making movements from the center outwards, descending towards the lymphatic drainage points.

Body Brush -
Start by gently stimulating the key drainage areas (collarbones, armpits, groin folds, back of the knees). Then brush the body with slow and regular movements, always towards the heart: from feet to thighs, from hands to shoulders, and from abdomen to chest.

After Brushing -
Rinse your skin in the shower, then apply your usual moisturizer. Clean your brushes regularly to maintain their effectiveness and hygiene.
